The public statistics practices : from a juridical to a moral point of view. An internal seminar animated by Thomas Berns on this 12th of december.

After having stressed on the urgency of a reniewed thinking on the legal consequences of public statistics practices, Thomas Berns will seek, at the 12th of december internal seminar, to build the issue by indicating how much the very project of census practices has always been inspired by moral considerations, and, in particular, by the project of a government of collective morality.
By the way, such a government has, as of its inception (XVI century), defined itself as being non-juridical.
