Global Law Winter School at Frankfurt University

The Perelman Centre will deliver a series of lectures during the Global Law Winter School that will take place at the Goethe University of Frankfurt, Centre of Excellence "The Formation of Normative Orders". This event is organised in collaboration with the European Academy of Legal Theory and funded by the European Union. The programme is available in attached file.



Closed-door Seminar on Law and Globalisation

The Perelman Centre will host today December 4, 2012 a closed-door seminar with the Centre for Law and Cosmopolitan Values on the issue of "Law and Globalisation". We’ll welcome Prof. George Pavlakos, Mariano Croce and Tria Gkouvas.



GRIM 2013 Call for Applications

The Perelman Centre for Legal Philosophy is happy to announce its participation in the new european programme "Global Legal Research and Information Management" (GRIM).

The programme aims to equip future legal professionals with skills in legal education and professional legal training of increasing importance such as Legal information management skills, legal research management skills and ICT skills.

GRIM will take place in Stockholm from February 18 to 28, 2013 . Grants for successful applicants will cover tuition fees, travel and hotel expenses, and daily allowance.

The Perelman Centre for Legal Philosophy and the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana co-organise a seminar on Global Law in Medellin, Colombia from 29 May to 1 June , 2012. The seminar has the scientific support of the European Academy for Legal Theory.

The Perelman Center of the Law School of the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) is now accepting applications for a research position in Brussels on Human Trafficking. This position is available as part of a European Policy project funded by the DG Home Affairs of the European Commission. The deadline for applications is April 15, 2012.
